  • How to book?


To book, to access our secure Online Reservations. To ensure this, you must provide a credit card valid VISA or MasterCard. Six Rooms reserves the right to check their validity.We will send a confirmation e-mail within a maximum of 24 hours, which will include the details of your booking and our contact details.In case you have any questions or need help to make your booking on-line, please contact us on (+34) 91 420 11 12.


  • What is the payment method?


The total amount must be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only).If paying cash, also be prompted for a valid credit card to ensure that the accommodation and its contents are returned in good condition.It is also possible to pay for your stay by bank transfer. In case you prefer to pay your reservation by bank transfer, it's possible as long as you make a deposit for the total amount of your stay in the account provided, within a maximum period of seven days, after receiving the booking confirmation. You must send us a copy of the transfer receipt, either by email at reservas@sixrooms.es or to the fax +34 91 291 9617. You will receive an email confirmation from our side which you must bring printed on the day of your arrival.


* If your booking has been paid in advance, remember to present the card with which you made the payment and cardholder identification or proof of bank transfer.


  • What is the cancellation policy?


If you cancel your reservation at least 7 days in advance will not have any charges on your card.With less than 7 days notice will be charged for the first night. Failure to cancel and no show on the day of your reservation will be charged 100% of stay. Both cancellation and modifications may be made in our reservation system with your booking number and email.


  • What time I can enter my apartment?


The apartment will be available from 14:00 hours (2:00 PM). If you arrive before that time, please contact us. You must call half an hour before arrival at (+34) 91 420 11 12 in order to receive without delay. Checkin must be made before 22:00 h.


* Arrivals after 22:00 h. carry an additional charge of 30 €.

* Arrivals after 00 h. isn't available. If it is accepted by Six Rooms carry an additional charge of 50 €.


On arrival, our staff must show the identification that was made ​​your reservation, and credit card. We will not allow access to the apartment without such documentation. If the person who made the booking and receiving the apartment keys is not the same, the latter must submit a photocopy of the identity card of the person who made ​​the reservation and their own identity.  The customer must pay a deposit of € 200 , refundable upon departure if the conditions have been met .

  • What is the latest time of departure?


The departure time must be before 11:30 h. (11:30 AM).Please let us know your departure time for our staff to go to collect the keys, check the apartment and return the deposit to you.If you want to stay longer, please check with us as soon as possible, which could incur additional charges, and would be subject to availability.



  • Does cleaning is included in the price?


The apartment will be clean on arrival, free of charge. 
For stays of 7 nights or more, also includes a free weekly cleaning including a cleaning and change of linen / free weekly. 
If you wish to extra cleaning, simply apply at any time and we'll give to our staff. Consult rates (from 17 €). 
Upon leaving, we hope you leave the apartment in a reasonable condition.


  •  Accommodation Rules and Responsibilities


The customer must sign a contract upon arrival, taking responsibility for their behavior and that of all the persons accompanying him, observing the following basic rules:

• Any type of party, excessive noise and loud music are strictly forbidden. Any complaints from neighbors to the police involve immediate eviction from the apartment.

 • You can not stay ever larger numbers of people for whom the reserve was made without knowledge of Six Rooms, except in the case of children under two years.

• Pets are only allowed if permission has been granted specifically. (20 €/ per night)

• It is strictly forbidden to sublet by the tenant to hire any of the apartments.
• The tenant agrees to keep the furniture, and the contents of the apartment in the same condition that you found it on arrival.


  • Extra beds / Cribs


Six Rooms don't have extra bed service, with exceptions to bemade ​​in writing to the establishment and be authorizedby it. Each extra bed carries a extra charge of 30€ per night.


Crips not available. Childs under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.


Six Rooms shall be entitled to require customers who do not meet any of the rules above the immediate abandonment of the apartment without the right to return. The customer is responsible for all the damage to our apartments, acting as security for the same credit card provided in the reservation.Six Rooms is not responsible for any direct or indirect that may arise as a result of the use by the client of the apartment, including without limitation, damage or loss due to fire, robbery or criminal behavior.Also, we are not responsible for the belongings in the apartment tenants deposit once you have signed the lease and they have been handed the keys to the property. Meanwhile, Six Rooms agree not to access housing except for emergency or at the express wish of the tenant to resolve a domestic problem that could happen for the requested service or cleaning.All the details presented on the website and in particular the descriptions of the apartments have been made with the greatest possible accuracy. Six Rooms not responsible for any errors or omissions that may occur and reserves the right to change the information published at any time including rates, descriptions and photographs.
